Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: through the contact form (name, email address, organisation, enquiry type and message) and through the newsletter sign-up form (email address and, optionally, first name).
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter sign-ups are passed directly to our email service provider, which manages subscription confirmation, sending updates, and unsubscribe requests on our behalf. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Newsletter provider
AfEI's newsletter is sent through a third-party email service provider, which handles subscription confirmation, sending and unsubscribe requests on our behalf.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, managed by our email service provider. You can also ask us to remove you by emailing contact@afeigh.org.
Data retention and security
Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@afeigh.org.
