AfEI Environmental Clubs in Schools
Alliance for Environmental Intervention (AfEI) is inspiring the next generation of environmental champions through school-based clubs across Ghana. These clubs are designed to mentor and train basic school pupils in practical environmental conservation and climate adaptation skills.
What We Do
Mentorship: Experienced facilitators guide pupils on how to protect natural resources and adapt to changing climate conditions.
Hands-On Training: Students learn compost preparation, tree planting, water conservation, and other eco-friendly practices.
School Greening: Clubs lead initiatives to create green spaces within school compounds, promoting a healthier learning environment.
Why It Matters
Early engagement helps children develop sustainable habits that influence their families and communities. By equipping pupils with knowledge and practical skills, we are building a generation ready to tackle climate challenges.
Our Goal
This is an ongoing project, and we aim to reach as many schools as possible across Ghana. Every new club means more young minds empowered to make a difference.
